Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-28 · Last updated: July 28, 2026
Please read these terms before using PDFnizer.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDFnizer, including its browser-based PDF tools, accounts, workflows, and subscription features. By using PDFnizer, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service provider and scope
PDFnizer is provided by Mobile Experts LTDA. Registered business address: Av. dos Vinhedos, 70 - Jardim Karaiba - Uberlândia / MG - Brazil. Legal notices, support requests, and complaints may be sent to legal@pdfnizer.com.
These Terms govern your access to PDFnizer's browser-based PDF tools, accounts, saved workflows, and subscription features. Available tools, formats, limits, and behavior may change as the service evolves.
2. Eligibility and account authority
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use PDFnizer for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. User content and processing license
You retain your ownership of files, text, images, workflow definitions, and other content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own the content or have all permissions, consents, and legal bases needed to submit and process it.
You grant PDFnizer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format, adapt, and modify submitted workflow content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the specific PDFnizer feature you request. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups and records we must retain by law.
You are responsible for reviewing every result before relying on it and must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes rights, or contains information you are not allowed to process.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use PDFnizer to:
- break the law, violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights, or submit content without the required permissions;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, resell, frame, or systematically extract the service or its data;
- use bots, scripts, automation, concurrent requests, or other access patterns that create excessive load or bypass plan limits;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, disable, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, security controls, billing controls, or usage restrictions;
- interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or create, distribute, or facilitate harmful content; or
- use the service to test, train, or operate another product in a way that competes with or abuses PDFnizer without written permission.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and payment
Paid plans renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. A free or promotional trial converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at signup unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for unless the law requires us to collect them.
Stripe handles payment methods, invoices, subscription changes, and cancellations through its hosted checkout and customer portal. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Plan limits, included usage, overages, and fair-use restrictions are those shown at checkout or in the product.
You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until then. Refunds are provided only as stated at checkout or required by law; chargebacks that are not made in good faith may result in suspension, cancellation, and recovery of legitimate costs.
6. Privacy, security, and third-party services
Public PDF tools are designed to process selected files in your browser. Account-backed features may store account details, subscription state, and saved workflow configuration. Workflow passwords that you choose to save are encrypted at rest and returned only to the authenticated workflow owner when needed for processing. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.
PDFnizer relies on third-party services including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, and Firebase where sign-in features are enabled. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and outages or changes in their services may affect PDFnizer.
7. Ownership and open-source software
PDFnizer, including its software, design, name, logos, and original content, belongs to Mobile Experts LTDA or its licensors. These Terms permit use of the service while they apply; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, or reverse engineering except where law allows.
Open-source components remain governed by their applicable open-source licenses. A current license and notice list is available in the project's published license notices or by request at legal@pdfnizer.com; those licenses control where they conflict with these Terms.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these Terms. Before filing a claim, please send a written complaint to legal@pdfnizer.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve it. Any legally required informal dispute process or consumer right remains unaffected.
9. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobile Experts LTDA and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful content, infringement or violation of another person's rights, breach of these Terms, or misuse of PDFnizer.
10. Disclaimers and liability cap
PDFnizer is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that every tool will work for every file, that a result will meet a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep originals and independently verify results, especially for legal, financial, employment, medical, or other important decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Experts LTDA's total aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to PDFnizer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-data, profit, revenue, or business losses. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may suspend or terminate access after notice if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if we discontinue it. When reasonably practical, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to remedy a curable breach. We may act immediately when needed to protect people, systems, or third-party rights.
After termination or cancellation, you may export available saved workflow data for 30 days. After that window, we may delete account and workflow data, subject to backups, legal retention, dispute resolution, and security records. Ownership, content responsibilities, payment obligations, indemnification, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective.
12. Changes and version history
We may change these Terms for legal, security, product, or business reasons. We will post the new version, update the effective date and version, and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service or by email when we have your address. Where law requires affirmative consent, we will ask for it.
We keep records of prior Terms versions and can provide the version applicable to your use on request. The current version and effective date are shown above.
13. Copyright, abuse, support, and formal notices
To report copyright infringement, unlawful content, abuse, security concerns, or a complaint, email legal@pdfnizer.com with your identity and contact details, a description of the work or content, the relevant URL or account information, the basis for your report, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict access where appropriate.
Support requests and formal legal notices should be sent to legal@pdfnizer.com. Formal notices may also require delivery to Mobile Experts LTDA's registered business address at Av. dos Vinhedos, 70 - Jardim Karaiba - Uberlândia / MG - Brazil. We will use the contact details on your account for service notices when appropriate.
